Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SeaVees, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure your unworn shoes in their original box and place them in a shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
